Our shipping costs are for all customers Australia wide.
In the event that you have selected the wrong shipping charge option, we will charge your credit card or Paypal account with an amount equal to the difference between this and the correct shipping charge.
Delivery Of Your Products
We attempt to ship within 24 hours but due to a huge selection and our aim to maximise use 'by period" on slower moving items, sometimes products may go out of stock.
We are usually able to restock within a matter of days and in these instances delivery may take up to 10 working days from the date of your order, however we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
Pinoy Warehouse will make every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. We do not ship chilled items on Thursdays or Fridays.
We encourage you to visit the “My Account” section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Sendle) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Why do we ask you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery?
To enable us to bring slow moving items into our warehouse to order, therefore optimising shelf life of slower moving items.
To allow for shipping to far flung remote parts of Australia, from our Gold Coast base.
To accommodate our bi-annual stock takes.
To cover for the outliers in sales order quantities, some customers will order more than a normal years sale of an individual item in one order, much to our surprise and pleasure.
To allow for us to visit national and International food fares, searching for new products.
We stock one of the widest ranges of difficult to find Filipino food products, we are not an FMCG company.
Pinoy Warehouse Online is based on the Gold Coast of Australia and our shopping cart is currently set for Australian customers. Pinoy Warehouse Online will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail however due to customs and restrictions on some foods we cannot guarantee all products. Postage charges vary and will be applied to your order after we receive it. We will contact you (within 24 hours, Monday to Friday) via email to advise of the actual cost of postage before dispatching your purchase.
